Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days).

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at solidrockmanufacturing@gmail.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Framed Wall Art Framed wall art items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Due to their size and fragility, these items may ship separately and may have longer processing times.
